If your screen is blank, or dark blue, power your phone down by taking out the battery. Put the battery back in and get a toothpick. With the phone off, and the phone in the closed position, pinch the toothpick through and push down the power button till it goes on. It may take a few tries, but it worked for me, my screen went on, and I was able to continue using my phone. My suggestion would be to get your contacts off, in case it doesn't work again.
