Virgin Slice Phone Right now

Ive had this phone for almost two years. I haven't had the issue of over heating like I have read in several reviews. But the battery life is excellent. Mine usually lasts for 3-5 days depending on my use. (heavy use 3 days/light use 5 days) The only issue that I really had was that I don't use voicemail and tried for the first 6 months to get Virgin Mobile to shut it off and everything they tried, they could not get it shut off. I haven't ever had an issue with any other Virgin Mobile phone with getting the voicemail shut off. Also, the blue-tooth seems to like to disconnect by itself for no reason. Not sure why it does that, but that could be improved.
