Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset [Motorola Retail Packaging] Right now


I ordered this product on 9/6/09. Received notice that it was to be delivered 9/11 - 9/16/09. Received item on 9/12/09. The blue tooth was all black - NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Waited for RMA No. issued on 9/14/09 and returned it to CCMaccesories that day by mail requesting it to be replaced with the one shown on the website. After repeated requests for status of return shipment I rec'd notice on 9/21/09 that the replacement item will be shipped back to me on the 22nd of Sept. Never received. On 9/29/09 rec'd email from Amazon stating that a refund had been processed back to my credit card. I responded that I wanted the replacement of the item I originally orderd as promised, not a refund. To which they replied that they had no more ALL BLACK bluetooth units in stock. I never wanted the all black. I feel like I'm in a circle jerk. I'll take the refund for now and will find the item elsewhere in the meantime I will never order from CCMaccessories again and will tell my friends not to either. I am very unhappy for this inconvenience!!! and then NEVER GOT WHAT I ORDERED NOR HAVE I SEEN A REFUND.
