Well the phone I bought from Hassle Free cell turned out to not be Hassle Free at all. I bought a razr from them and they mailed it to me, it did not work. Then they mailed me a replacement. It did not work either. The first one shut itself off randomly. The second had wavy lines all over the screen. I love the razr but ordering this has caused a months worth of stress since I am still waiting on a refund.
