Received this phone when my SECOND Samsung A560 died. Sound quality is excellent and it gets better reception than any phone I have ever seen. Internal screen is small, but it's not a media phone. Too bad this is discontinued, If you are looking for an entry level Sanyo that is easy to hold, sturdy, and is of great quality, look at ebay and try to get one.
